

Joining Territory Incorporated in September of 2005, Mr.
Shohet brings over 10 years of hands on engineering and construction
experience to the company. He has been involved in commercial
and industrial construction projects ranging in size from
several million to several billion dollars. Mr. Shohet is
a registered Professional Engineer in his native Canada and
has a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from Queens University
in Kingston, Ontario. In his role as a project manager, Mr.
Shohet will ensure that we bring our product to market on
time and within budget.
Brad started his construction career in Ohio as a Residential Developer. Relocating to Las Vegas in 1998, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Management, Brad succeeded to further his talent in Commercial Construction and Retail Development. With over 20 years of experience in all facets of construction, Brad will devote all of his knowledge to deliver a quality, efficient and superior space to exceed your expectations.
Melanie is originally from a small western suburb of Minneapolis,
MN. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the
University of Wisconsin at River Falls. Her career in the
construction industry began as a wood truss designer. She
relocated to Las Vegas in 2003 and became one of the top truss
technicians in the Las Vegas Valley. In November 2005, Melanie
joined the Territory Incorporated team as a development coordinator.
With an eye for detail, she maintains day-to-day communication
and scheduling for multiple projects at all stages of development.
In her position, Gaitan is responsible for the coordination of entitlements,
tenant improvements and allowances in addition to supporting property managers.
As a Las Vegas resident for over nine years, Gaitan has several years of experience
in land development. Prior to joining Territory Incorporated, she worked for
Ace Engineering as a project planner where she was responsible for the planning
and management of commercial and residential projects in Arizona, California,
Nevada and Utah. Gaitan is currently majoring in urban and regional planning
at the College of Southern Nevada and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In
addition, she is a member of the American Planning Association and the Construction
Specifications Institute.
Kathleen Burns joined Territory, Inc. in February 2005, as
administrative assistant to the Development Team, having recently
moved to Las Vegas from Chicago. Previously, Kathleen worked
as administrative support for senior management of VeriClaim,
Inc., an independent insurance adjusting firm headquartered
in Chicago.
