

Terri Sturm is CEO and founder of Territory Incorporated,
a commercial development, brokerage and property management company she formed
in 1993. Territory has developed over three million square feet of retail shopping
center space in Las Vegas including such notable properties as Centennial Center
and Centennial Gateway, Eastern Beltway Center, Eastgate and Southern Highlands
Marketplace. Territory is currently developing and leasing another two million
square feet of retail space in Southern Nevada.
Prior to establishing Territory Incorporated, Sturm was a developer for Simon
Property Group, the nation’s largest shopping center owner, where she
specialized in the development of regional community centers nationwide. She
was additionally a real estate manager of the Greyhound/Dial Corp. in the mid-1980’s,
managing the national real estate portfolio for its food division.
A Las Vegas resident since 1990, Sturm is a member of the International Council
of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is on the Foundation Board of Directors of Opportunity
Village, the Board of Directors of KNPR-Nevada Public
Radio, the Board of Trustees of the Meadows School, is Finance Chair of the
Miss Rodeo Nevada Association, and along with her developer husband, Rollie,
has established the Terri and Roland V. Sturm Family Foundation which actively
contributes to worthwhile Nevada charities. Sturm received her bachelor’s
degree in real estate from the University of Nevada, Reno and was licensed
as a Nevada real estate broker in 1978.
A seasoned land developer, master-planner, and homebuilder, Mr. Sturm provides
support to Territory Incorporated with his immense negotiation skills, development
and financing expertise. He began his real estate career as an attorney specializing
in land development law in his native Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He has since
gone on to develop several major master-planned communities in southern Nevada
and is the
co-owner of two prominent home building companies. Mr. Sturm is actively
involved in
the Las Vegas Community serving with such organizations as the UNLV
Foundation,
the Children's Hospital, Meadows School Foundation, YPO, Southern
Nevada Homebuilders Association, and ULI.
A native Las Vegan and second-generation land developer,
Mr. Sullivan brings a lifetime of knowledge and experience
in the Las Vegas real estate market to Territory Incorporated.
He has participated in the development of office and retail
centers, as well as residential and master-planned communities
through the varying roles of owner, investor, attorney and
developer. Mr. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration (emphasis in Real Estate and Investment Finance)
from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctorate
from George Washington University. He is a licensed Nevada
attorney, unrestricted Nevada gaming licensee, and an active
board member of several community and charitable organizations
within Southern Nevada.
The fusion of creativity, life experience and administrative skill makes Laurie Cantagallo the ideal assistant to the illustrious, fabulous and internationally traveled Territory Incorporated Executive Team. Laurie is an honors graduate of CSUF’s Fine Arts Program and she brings freshness to the team with her approach and attitude toward people and challenges. Prior to her relocation to Las Vegas, Laurie spent 10 years in San Francisco, CA where she transitioned from a career in the beauty industry to business. She held various positions including providing marketing and administrative support to the executive team at a real estate investment company which specialized in office properties.
In her position, Ms. Santos provides administrative support
to Territory’s top executives. Santos brings with her
several years of experience as an administrative assistant.
Prior to joining Territory Incorporated, she served as the
office manager for Nevada Commercial where she was responsible
for tracking and processing payments and deposits, processing
disbursements, maintaining current client and provider files
and maintaining the company’s bank account. She has
lived in Las Vegas since 1996.
