In her position, Gaitan is responsible for the coordination of entitlements,
tenant improvements and allowances in addition to supporting property managers.
As a Las Vegas resident for over nine years, Gaitan has several years of
experience in land development. Prior to joining Territory Incorporated,
she worked for Ace Engineering as a project planner where she was responsible
for the planning and management of commercial and residential projects in
Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah. Gaitan is currently majoring in urban
and regional planning at the College of Southern Nevada and the University
of Nevada, Las Vegas. In addition, she is a member of the American Planning
Association and the Construction Specifications Institute.
