Mr. Hannon has a 30 year commercial real estate background
which is national in scope. As a developer he has originated
and developed over $250,000,000 worth of shopping centers
in the western United States. Prior to development, he functioned
in acquisitions, asset management and in senior leadership
roles with Mass Mutual, Mutual of New York and Consolidated
Capital. Additionally he co founded American Income Properties
(NYSE- REIT) which was a shopping center REIT. He has been
a licensed Real Estate broker in 4 states. Mr. Hannon has
a BS degree from Northern Arizona University with a real estate
graduate certification from University of California, Irvine.
