Ms. Olson began her career back in 1977 with a major Savings & Loan
in Las Vegas
in their property management department. In the 1980’s the Savings & Loans
shifted to Federal Savings Banks at which time Ms. Olson was promoted to the
position of Facilities Manager. As Facilities Manager she was responsible for
the banks branches in the Las Vegas, Reno and Phoenix, Arizona areas. Prior to
joining Territory Inc, Ms Olson was employed by MDL Group for six years as their
Senior Asset Manager. Ms Olson brings
to Territory Inc 26 years of experience of commercial property management.
Ms. Hottel brings several years of accounting experience to
Territory Inc. She provides assistance to the corporate controller,
and is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions.
She has held accounting positions in banking, real estate
development, and homebuilding. She has been a Las Vegas resident
since 1972.
Prior to joining Territory, Ms. Coffin was responsible for the complete renovation and overhaul of a 275,000 square-foot office/industrial park. The overhaul brought the overall appearance of the property from a low Class C to a high Class B property allowing for higher rental rates. The overhaul also increased occupancy from 73 percent to 92 percent. She earned an associate’s degree in business management and accounting from Las Vegas Business College. She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she received certification as a paralegal with an emphasis in contract law and real estate. Ms. Coffin is also a licensed real estate salesperson and has a permit in property management.
Mrs. Zauder is responsible for tenant and vendor relations,
maintaining and increasing the value of Territory’s developments,
scheduling property maintenance, maintaining records and
operating budgets as well as marketing and promoting the
company’s projects.
Prior to joining Territory, Mrs. Zauder served as an assistant
commercial property manager for Triple Five Nevada Development.
She is currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in criminal
justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas as well
as obtaining a real estate sales license and property management
certificate.
Mrs. Zauder volunteers with the Nevada Childhood Cancer
Foundation and was awarded Outstanding Volunteer for the
Danny Ganns Run for Children’s Charities 2007. She is also
the co-leader of the NV-Chapter of the Kayla Weber Believe
Foundation, an organization that’s dedicated to spreading
awareness of childhood cancers.
In her position, Evans is responsible for the day-to-day
accounting functions for the property management division.
Prior to joining Territory, Evens worked at RMI Commercial
Property Management where she was the assistant property
manager. At RMI, Evans helped manage the day-to-day operations
for a total of 12 commercial properties and over 704,000
square feet. Evans is currently working towards a psychology
degree with an emphasis in criminal justice as well as obtaining
her real estate license.
