Mr. Hannon has a 30 year commercial real estate background
which is national in scope. As a developer he has originated
and developed over $250,000,000 worth of shopping centers
in the western United States. Prior to development, he functioned
in acquisitions, asset management and in senior leadership
roles with Mass Mutual, Mutual of New York and Consolidated
Capital. Additionally he co founded American Income Properties
(NYSE- REIT) which was a shopping center REIT. He has been
a licensed Real Estate broker in 4 states. Mr. Hannon has
a BS degree from Northern Arizona University with a real estate
graduate certification from University of California, Irvine.
Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Mrs. Michelle Holland moved to Las Vegas with her family in June 2005. She has an Associates Degree and Nevada Real Estate License. Mrs. Holland has eight years of experience in commercial real estate and is currently providing key support in marketing and to the Leasing Team at Territory Incorporated.
Mrs. Mitchell has over 5 years experience in the Las Vegas
Commercial Real Estate market, including both Landlord and
Tenant representation for office, retail and industrial properties.
Prior to joining Territory Incorporated, Mrs. Mitchell worked
for RL Moore & Associates as a Transaction Coordinator and,
more recently, Burnham Real Estate, as part of their Brokerage
Division. Licensed since 2002, Mrs. Mitchell has worked with
such clients as Green Valley Grocery, State Farm Insurance,
and Java Detour, to name a few.
Mikki Delci has been associated with Territory and its
sister company, The Developers of Nevada, since 1993. Her
responsibilities have included everything from Human Resources
and Office Management to her current position in Leasing.
Ms. Delci has over 17 years experience in the real estate
development industry and has held her Nevada Real Estate
License since 1998 and Property Management Permit since 2000.
Previous employment includes positions with both Simon and
The O'Connor Group in Los Angeles. Ms. Delci is a graduate
of UNLV and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
with an emphasis in management.
Mr. Conway has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate
experience with over ten years working in the Las Vegas market,
most recently as Director of Commercial Properties for Focus
Property Group and as a Senior Leasing Executive for Weingarten
Realty’s local office. He currently holds a real estate
license in both California and Nevada. Mr. Conway received
his Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning from San Diego
State University and is an active member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
