

Terri Sturm is CEO and founder of Territory Incorporated,
a commercial development, brokerage and property management company she formed
in 1993. Territory has developed over three million square feet of retail shopping
center space in Las Vegas including such notable properties as Centennial Center
and Centennial Gateway, Eastern Beltway Center, Eastgate and Southern Highlands
Marketplace. Territory is currently developing and leasing another two million
square feet of retail space in Southern Nevada.
Prior to establishing Territory
Incorporated, Sturm was a developer for Simon Property Group, the nation’s
largest shopping center owner, where she specialized in the development of
regional community centers nationwide. She was additionally a real estate manager
of the Greyhound/Dial Corp. in the mid-1980’s,
managing the national real estate portfolio for its food division.
A Las Vegas
resident since 1990, Sturm is a member of the International Council of Shopping
Centers (ICSC) and is on the Foundation Board of Directors of Opportunity
Village, the Board of Directors of KNPR-Nevada
Public Radio, the Board of Trustees of the Meadows School,
is Finance Chair of the Miss Rodeo Nevada Association, and
along with her developer husband, Rollie, has established
the Terri and Roland V. Sturm Family Foundation which actively
contributes to worthwhile Nevada charities. Sturm received her bachelor’s
degree in real estate from the University of Nevada, Reno and was licensed
as a Nevada real estate broker in 1978. |
