Mrs. Zauder is responsible for tenant and vendor relations,
maintaining and increasing the value of Territory’s
developments, scheduling property maintenance, maintaining
records and operating budgets as well as marketing and promoting
the company’s projects.
Prior to joining Territory, Mrs. Zauder served as an assistant
commercial property manager for Triple Five Nevada Development.
She is currently working towards a bachelor’s degree
in criminal justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas
as well as obtaining a real estate sales license and property
management certificate.
Mrs. Zauder volunteers with the Nevada Childhood Cancer
Foundation and was awarded Outstanding Volunteer for the
Danny Ganns Run for Children’s Charities 2007. She
is also the co-leader of the NV-Chapter of the Kayla Weber
Believe Foundation, an organization that’s dedicated
to spreading awareness of childhood cancers.
