Located at the NW corner of US-95 and Ann Road, Centennial Gateway will be developed as a mixed use project. Development will occur in two phases. Phase 1 is open and Phase 2 is slated for a Summer 2007 opening and will include a variety of big box tenants, specialty shops and restaurants.
