Terri Sturm is CEO and founder of Territory Incorporated, a Las Vegas-based development company and a market leader among retail developers.  Prior to establishing Territory in 1993, Sturm was a developer for Simon Property Group, the nation's largest shopping center owner, where she specialized in the development of regional community centers nationwide.  Sturm is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is Chairman of the Foundation Board of Directors of Opportunity Village, is on the Board of Trustees of the Meadows School, and is Finance Chair for the Miss Rodeo Nevada Association.  Along with her husband, Rollie, she established the Terri and Roland V. Sturm Family Foundation which actively contributes to worthwhile Nevada charities.  Sturm received her bachelor's degree in real estate from the University of Nevada, Reno and has been a licensed Nevada real estate broker since 1978.

 John Sullivan is president and general counsel for Territory Incorporated, a Las Vegas-based development company and a market leader among retail developers. Sullivan oversees the Territory team in all phases of land acquisition, development, leasing and management.  He is also the chief operating officer of Sturm Enterprises, LLC, an investment vehicle with ownership in such wide-ranging operations as unrestricted gaming locations, real estate, and a strip-based nightclub. Sullivan earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctorate degree from the George Washington University Law School. He is a licensed Nevada attorney and an unrestricted Nevada gaming licensee. Sullivan is currently an active board member of several community and charitable organizations within Southern Nevada including, President of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), the Board of Directors of Nevada Commerce Bank, the development committee of Bishop Gorman High School, and the President of the Las Vegas Founders'. 

 Nick Hannon serves as the senior vice president at Territory Inc, a Las Vegas-based development company and a market leader among retail developers.  In his position, Hannon leads a team of leasing specialists and oversees marketing for the Las Vegas-based development company.  Hannon has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. His experience includes development, acquisitions, asset management and brokerage. As a developer, he has originated the development of more than $250 million worth of shopping centers in the western United States. Prior to development, Hannon worked in acquisitions, asset management and in senior leadership roles with Mass Mutual, Mutual of New York and Consolidated Capital. Additionally, he co-founded American Income Properties (NYSE-REIT) which was a shopping center REIT.  Hannon earned a bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University with a real estate graduate certification from the University of California, Irvine.  He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Nevada real estate broker.
